Govind was kind enough to send us this spam email so we could post it here on SpamScams. I’m going to guess that wasn’t the outcome they wanted.

Ah, the irony. A web design sales pitch from improve-ranking.com promising to never contact your client, yet they use spam to contact you. Not a very reassuring promise.

It’s become clear that spammers not only don’t understand what the CAN-SPAM act is or how it works, but also believe that by simply saying an email isn’t spam, somehow makes it true.
