I am committed to upholding and defending the constitution and laws of West African Monitoring Control as well as achieving a higher level of public safety and security through the prosecution of criminals in the state.

The purpose of this committee among others is to investigate, verify and settle all outstanding debts owed and recorded. Before me it was revealed that your payment has not been effected as a result of official negligence as many abnormalities had happened in the Banks, where some top official of the west African banks collaborate with impostors who are carrying a fake portfolios with levies misled and misguided about the position of your fund and having the opportunity to extort money from you that made it too longer up till date .As we understand the difficulties of economic time that exist today and would like to repay this obligation for your plan designed to meet your budgetary needs.

May it interest you to know that your payment has been deposited with the PAYEE BANK OF BENIN which in few days, all payment transaction will be concluded according to the agreement with the above mentioned bank and you will receive your payment through our consolidated dollars account. The said funds which you lost to the impostors were recovered and our government is willing to compensate you with the total amount of US$1,250.000.00 (One Million Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Us Dollars) including your lost fund as the Fraudsters were tried, convicted and sentenced to life years imprisonment term.

The security of your data and transaction is crucial to us, we therefore apply one of the best security standards available (128 bit SSL); this (SSL) apply to the business relationship and supplement any agreements made by individual contract.

Base on the information we received, it is mandatory and compulsory that your basic and outstanding Over Due Payment of US$1,250.000.00,which is due in your favour and you have to note that the said fund is Non Deductible to upgrade the security standard of this commission until your fund is release to you. For further advice on how you will receive your payment from our accredited loot office, you are required to reconfirm your full contacts / receiving bank account particulars to enable us Expedite further on this subject matter.
