When you contact the Admin Claim Agent, they will ask you to transfer about 3 or 4000 dollars to cover the money transfer or /and other some kind of services charges, some people thinks $4000 is nothing against $500,000, and they send the money to scamers, When they knew that it was fraud with them, it is too late now and they lost $4000, that is the only scam to sollect money from peoples in the name of lottery prizes.
